  • Multiple interior renovations of different sizes of building to include offices, clean rooms, pharmacy labs, and generators as well as patients care areas and lobbies.

Chesapeake & Virginia Beach, VA

  • James Kobus AIA and Campfire & CO Interior Designer.
  • Multiple location of renovation of space for new ice cream shop, including back and front of the house and dining area. Providing new finishes per the designer. Polished concrete and specialty lighting throughout.

Chicken Salad Chicks

Chesapeake and Williamsburg, VA

  • Gary Glueck Architecture, Nashville NC.
  • Each restaurant location was around 4000 SF which included in the modernization of the interior to bring the restaurants to the Chicken Salad Chicks designs. This included redoing the commercial kitchen with new walk-in fridges and freezers and all prep areas. New sitting and dining area with new finishes and furniture. Open Ceiling concept in the private dining area with double barn doors.

Goodwill

Multiple locations throughout Virginia

  • Covington Hendrix Anderson Architects
  • Renovation and creation of multiple Donation Centers and Stores. Most of the stores are being remodeled with new Led lighting, new millwork and new fitting rooms. Additionally, most of those renovations are done while the stores are operating and only a minimal amount of down/closure time. The latest store to open was a complete renovation of a high-end automotive shop in the Janaf Center in Norfolk and the first store in this city in 20 years. 

BDO

Norfolk, VA

  • Gensler Architect Chicago IL
  • The interior work included the entire renovation of the 13th floor of a building located downtown Norfolk near the waterfront. Scope of work included a new architectural design, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems as well as an audio-visual and security system. The work included the elevator lobby which was completed with extensive glass work and lighting. Special finishes were used to make the space modern.

CHAPEL – Scotts Addition

Richmond, VA

  • Spy Rock Real Estate Group and Fultz & Singh
  • 10,500 SF adaptive re-use of an old warehouse building into an urban Christian church.
  • Replaced the electrical service and system complete, replaced all HVAC and plumbing systems. Creation of a new worship space with video wall and sound system. New fellowship area and classroom wing.

Virginia Cardiovascular Services

Richmond, VA

  • Stony Point Surgery Center and PSH Architects
  • 8,770 SF third generation build out within an active medical office building.
  • Combined 3 suites and re-routed common corridor to create a new fire exit for the building. New fire rated glass entry system with automatic door operator, nurses’ stations, treatment and recovery rooms and exam rooms.

Dr. Jones DDS

Richmond, VA

  • HCA Retreat Hospital and TSM Studios
  • 3,500 SF third generation build out of a modern dentistry office within the hospital’s MOB building.
  • Complete demolition and rebuild to create a new modern space including reception/waiting area, four hygienist stations and five procedure rooms. New sterilization area and medical gases for the practice to go with Doctor’s offices and staff lounge area.

Medarva Ambulatory Surgery Center Phases 1 and 2

Richmond, VA

  • Lingerfelt Development, Medrva and PSH Architects
  • 18,000 SF first generation build out of a new outpatient operatory center.
  • Project was built out in 2 phases with Phase 2 construction immediately adjacent to Phase 1, while the client was operating. Project included new generator, medical gas systems and Exterior med gas storage farm, nurse call and life safety systems for (6) Operating rooms, (2) procedure rooms, decontamination, and sterilization areas along with back of house spaces for boilers, sterilizers, and staff locker rooms.

Montante Plastic Surgery

Richmond, Virginia

  • TSM Studios and Montante
  • 3,200 SF first generation build out within a shell that was still under construction.
  • All new MEP systems to create new consult, prep and procedure rooms for a new modern medical space. Mix of open ceilings and medical grade lay in ceilings to go with epoxy coated concrete flooring.

SJS Industries

This building was built around 1992. It was originally constructed for Capital Group and was used as a printing center/warehouse.

RGI’s project was an occupied buildout including executive suites, ADA compliant restrooms, bar, break room areas, and conference room.

The main office space was originally a computer room with a radius ceiling and elevated flooring with zero windows or natural light. The soffits and black & white ceilings where designs RGI brought to the owner’s architectural team. RGI was able to utilize the Dominion Power Rebate Program for SJS.

Lansing Building Products Headquarters

Richmond, Henrico County, VA

Complete renovation of the 3rd floor of an occupied office building including renovations to the core elevator lobby & restrooms and custom build out of the suite for Lansing Building Products.

  • Robinson Development Group, Baskervill, and Colliers International
  • Total of 32,500 SF second generation build out inside a 6-story office tower
  • Completed in two separate projects. Project included reworking existing electrical service to refeed the spaces that were on an old generator, remove acoustical ceilings to expose the structure and add clouds 9 wood ceilings.
