New construction starting from a green field site of three assisted living buildings for memory impaired patients.

The center building included a full production kitchen with central living area and private rooms around the perimeter. The two other buildings, include community and activity spaces along with the living areas and are also wrapped with private rooms. Full site development with storm water filtrations systems, landscaping, irrigation and new parking for the facility.
