New construction starting from a green field site of three assisted living buildings for memory impaired patients.

• Constructed twin assisted living facilities in Richmond and Williamsburg for New Dawn Assisted Living.  The projects include the green field development of both sites.  Each site had 3 buildings with 16 units each for a total of 96 units. The center building included a full production kitchen with central living area and private rooms around the perimeter. The two other buildings, include community and activity spaces like game rooms and hair salons, along with the living areas and are also wrapped with private rooms. Outside had courtyards, patios, and walking paths to encourage further activity of the residents. Full site development with storm water filtrations systems, landscaping, irrigation and new parking for the facility.
