• Urban redevelopment site of 2 acres including into a 48 unit apartment building on a concrete podium.  Project include a clubhouse space, mail center, fitness area, new center urban courtyard. 
• Construction included wood framing over the elevated concrete podium slab.  Cementitious panel siding with architectural design, PVC low slope roof with HVAC compressors on the roof.
