Project included a 15,000 SF addition to the old building with all new green envelope and MEP systems for the expansion and original building. New outdoor courtyard with outdoor classroom spaces.
This project was certified LEED SILVER for its environmentally friendly design and construction.
Full development of the green field site, relocation of existing utility lines and construction of the 5,000 SF signature branch building. Completed a second out parcel branch building and multiple inline branches with the same team.
New footings and underground utilities to serve the new stand-alone restaurant. Restaurant included custom selected granite bar with handcrafted millwork for this one of a kind restaurant. Kitchen included grease hood, prep tables, 3-compartment sink, walk-in freezer and slip resistant epoxy floors.
The center building included a full production kitchen with central living area and private rooms around the perimeter. The two other buildings, include community and activity spaces along with the living areas and are also wrapped with private rooms. Full site development with storm water filtrations systems, landscaping, irrigation and new parking for the facility.
